Super reliable company! Paloma came to our house and was very honest and professional about the work to be done. I had to remodel the closet for the furnace and they were super understanding and worked around my schedule to fit me in right away! It took 2 days from initial consultation to work completed!

I was very stressful because our air condition went out and I always have my husband here to take care of things. While this event happened my husband was out of town. I was referred to 4 different places before I came across Air Pro. I immediately made an appointment and that’s when I met Paloma. She came to our house and did really thorough inspection. The other company did not even spend but 5 minutes checking. I felt like they just wanted our money. Not with Paloma she really walked me through options. At the end of the day working with her I know in my heart that going through her would be the best choice.
She then worked with me and my husband on selecting the best financed to get the project going. She then immediately set us up the next day for install. The installers were also Great, professional and really efficient. I was impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. During the install the owner and Paloma stopped by to check and ensure the job is getting done right!!!! WOW I CANT SAY ENOUGH great things about AIR PRO and Paloma and installers. This is an overdue review that I’m writing a month after the installation. This is why the delay matters: because I still feel strongly about the service received from this company. From the beginning, the sales associate sat down with me to recognize by budget constraints and worked with the owner and me to find a strong price point for quality products. The technicians came over within days, not weeks, days. Cesar and Tony were extremely professional. It was the middle of the heatwave and they were in the attic sweating it out for hours upon hours. They were diligent in piecing all the components together and regularly checking in with me to let me know what the next step was. It was a 1.5 day long installation and their thoroughness and overall care was exceptional. I highly recommend Air Pro because they care and with the care comes a price point that’ll help you sleep at night and also a working HVAC…that’ll also help you sleep at night. Make sure you ask for Tony and Cesar though. They were awesome!

What system is right for me?
Every home or building will require a very specific system to achieve proper efficiency and comfort. At Air Pro Heating and Air Conditioning, we provide thorough inspections and consult with you to find the right comfort and efficiency to fit your wants and needs.
How often should I service my system?
Much like vehicles we own, our HVAC systems need routine maintenance as well. Manufacturers will require at minimum one inspection per year to maintain any parts warranties. However, we also suggest swapping your filters every three months to help maintain a healthy system.
What size system do I need?
A recent study showed that around 90% of HVAC systems were improperly installed. Part of this was due to incorrectly sizing equipment for homes. At Air Pro Heating and Air Conditioning, we come to your home to provide you a heat load analysis to properly size and install your system right the first time. This will help you achieve a longer lifetime of your system as well as improved efficiency.
If an outdoor unit needs replacing should I replace my indoor unit as well?
Yes! Your indoor and outdoor unit sync together to create one full HVAC system. When you upgrade your indoor unit you will achieve more efficiency and have a more reliable system installed.
